Game Update and Clans News

Hello friends,

Xak Tsaroth continues its path of destruction winning the 9th war in a row and well on its way to its 10th. You have been working hard for this achievement, let’s keep it that way.
As a reminder: members of Xak Tsaroth and Solamnia are allowed to visit the other clan but for NO MORE than 2 days in a row and once every two weeks. This helps us keep things balanced without a mass exodus from one clan to another.

Solamnia has been trying to be more active at wars but too many people have opted out. I think this is a little too much, we can’t have a clan where over 50% of the people are opted out of war. We will think on how to approach this problem in the Line Leadership Chatroom, meanwhile try to make yourself available for war. Most likely we will limit how often people can opt out, if people exceed that amount they will automatically opted in and if they miss war they will be considered AWOL (Absent WithOut Leave, meaning not authorized to skip war). Visit this website to find the best android apps and games to play along with your friends online.

As of today RideWyoming will move permanently (until next time) to Xak Tsaroth while Brighblade will take leadership of Solamnia. This will help both clans. Xak Tsaroth will have someone who can donate very high level troops for war and Solamnia will gain a leader that will not bring the level of wars up too much. Ride has been out of war for months trying to keep war levels down but this is affecting this account’s growth too negatively. Any questions please ask, as always. You can post below.  If you like video games you may enjoy casino games on line, for this you can check the info from https://studio88.ba/review/in-depth-review-of-wild-card-city-casino/ to learn how to get the best out of these games.

How To Start Eating Healthy For Beginners (10 Tips!)

One thing a lot of people struggle with when thinking about adopting healthy eating habits is where to start. I get it! It can feel tricky to start eating healthy which is why I am sharing these healthy eating tips. The cravings, the comfort, and having to try new things can feel hard at first. But with time and desire, you can achieve your goal, whether that is weight loss, or deciding to start focusing more on your health and wellness through food. Check the best testosterone booster.

When you’re a “beginner” or new to something, no matter what it is, starting is intimidating (even when you really want to do it)! Why? Because there is a lot of newness at the beginning. Where to start, what to do, how to begin, and usually a good dose of self-doubt can make healthy eating feel overwhelming. Then what happens? You either decide to climb the mountain or walk away, because you feel alone or like it’s an unachievable feat.

That’s where I come in – eating healthy is not always easy, but it doesn’t have to be impossible and I am here for you!  If you’re a beginner and are looking to start eating healthy but don’t know where to begin, I got you!

Eating healthy is all about making changes gradually and working on new habits that will last. Everyone has different tastes and lifestyles, so there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for eating healthy. That’s why I’ve compiled 10 tips for beginners that can help you make healthier choices without feeling overwhelmed or deprived!

Why Clean Eating Is Perfect For Beginners Who Are Looking To Start Healthy Eating Habits

When it comes to diet, there are many schools of thought. Some people believe in cutting out carbs completely, while others swear by intermittent fasting. The truth is that almost any change you make to your current diet will help improve your health and wellbeing.

Clean eating, by definition, is simply eating whole or unprocessed foods. It’s really not complicated, but it does require some effort and planning. It doesn’t require you to count carbs, sugar, calories, or macros. It’s not a diet. It’s a lifestyle change (If you’re rolling your eyes at that thinking about how many times you’ve heard that before, stick with me!).

Clean eating, in my opinion, is the perfect “starting point” for getting into the habit of eating healthy. It’s simple and really an attainable lifestyle change. The problem with trendy diets is they are almost impossible to keep up long-term (or they ask for too much, too fast). Who wants to count macros for the rest of their life, or net carbs, or be denied an apple? Who wants to feel guilt for eating a crusty piece of freshly baked sourdough bread? No one!

Clean eating allows you to enjoy the foods you love, with, I admit, a little more effort on the cooking front without feeling any sort of way. How great is that? When you’re trying to figure out how to start eating healthy as a beginner, there’s really not much to figure out. If it is processed, it comes in a box or package laced with preservatives and chemicals, look for an alternative, and you’re on your way.

Why We Crave Junk Food Over Healthy Food

Junk food is easily accessible and affordable. It’s easy to go through a drive-thru or pick up something unhealthy at the grocery store because it’s everywhere. The convenience factor is real. Compare that to trying to find some fresh fruits or vegetables, and you’ll see what I mean. Read the latest alpilean reviews.

Not only is junk food more accessible, but it’s also engineered to be addictive. Foods like chips, cookies, and candy are designed to hit all the right buttons in our brains, they’re salty, sweet, crunchy, and creamy! Companies add in chemicals and other ingredients to keep you wanting more (i.e., lining their pockets!). When you eat junk food, your brain releases dopamine which is why we tend to crave it over healthier options.

Other factors, like candida (yeast), can take over your gut health, sending signals to your brain that then tells you to feed it sugar. Many people discount the idea of gut health and a candida overgrowth as nonsense, but it is one of the most controlling bacterias and may be to blame for your sugar cravings.

Many people scoff at the idea that your gut can control your emotions and even mental health. If you tend to suffer from depression, anxiety, or the like, it may all be linked back to the brain-gut axis. Many studies have begun to pop up in recent years, proving this to be true, even though it may be hard to stomach the idea (no pun intended!)

It can be tough to break bad habits and cravings, but it’s definitely not impossible. With a little bit of effort, you can retrain your brain and heal your gut to desire healthy foods over junky ones!

10 Healthy Eating Tips On How to start eating healthy for beginners

The first real step to eating healthy is realizing that it’s not about depriving yourself of all the foods you love. It’s about finding a balance between eating what you enjoy and leveling up some habits so that your diet becomes more balanced in a way that works for you.

You’ll see that many of these tips overlap and play off of each other! Play with those that resonate and leave the rest. Ultimately, healthy eating looks slightly different for everyone, and the key to finding a sustainable change is to find the approach that works for you, your body, and your lifestyle.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Hello Clan Members,

first of all I want to wish a Happy Holiday season to all of you, and may the New Year bring you happiness, good health and lots of war victories 🙂
And speaking of… Solamnia has been doing really well with wars recently, the Mirror Strategy is working well. We are halfway to become a level 6 clan and with that some new good perks.

Recently I moved everybody from Xak Tsaroth to Solamnia as I intended to grow our main clan as well as start Xan Tsaroth afresh with new recruits. Shayshay (Mr. Potato) and Tobie stayed behind to help me with that task. They are now co-leaders in Xak Tsaroth.

On the bigger picture we have tweaked some of thew rules, especially war rules, in Solamnia and I will give you an update on that soon. It’s nothing big, just a couple of changes and enforcement of old rules to make sure we help us get more.

I hope you are all enjoying the new update, remember to keep an eye on our facebook page for Game Updates and funny game videos 🙂

Happy Holidays!

Guidelines for opting members in or out of war

The following guidelines must be adhered to when starting a war. Please follow them in turn, this will hopefully prevent any hurt feelings and take personal feelings out of the equation.

1. Opt out anyone that did not use both attacks in previous war
2. Any new members
3. Elders
4. Coleaders
5. Anyone that has not attacked recently enough to be in a league

What troop composition should I use to attack in clan wars?

I have seen this question many times: What troops should I use to attack in clan wars? This article is based on my experience as a Town Hall 7 and Town Hall 8 player.

Troop Levels

At Town Hall 7, you are advised to aim for the following troops levels in order of priority:
Giant level 4
Archer level 4
Wizard level 4
Barbarian level 4
Dragon level 2

Forget about Healers, Balloons and Goblins. I do not find them useful.

For early Town Hall 8, you are advised to aim for the following troops levels in order of priority:

Giant level 5
Archer level 5
Wizard level 5
Barbarian level 5

Troop Composition

The troop composition below have worked well for me:

Scenario 1 – Weak Air Defenses

2 Air Defenses not exceeding level 4 or 3 Air Defenses not exceeding level 3 would be considered weak. Just attack with 10 Dragons plus another Dragon from your Clan Castle, if possible. This is a near guaranteed 3 star attack.

If there are 3 Air Defenses at level 4, it is a 50-50 chance between 3 stars and 2 stars.

Scenario 2 – 2 Layers of Walls to get to Town Hall

The troop composition in the table below has worked well for me. Ask for Wizards for your Clan Castle to complement your attack force.

The Barbarians and Archers are used to draw out the Clan Castle troops while the Giants and Wizards are the main attack force.

Release the Wall Breakers in 2 waves of 3. Wait until just after the mortar shots have landed before releasing each wave.

Giants            18
Wizards         16
Archers          29
Barbarians       5
Wall Breakers  6

TOTAL             200

Scenario 3 – 3 Layers of Walls to get to Town Hall

The main difference here is that we use 3 waves of wall breakers instead of 2. Release the Wall Breakers in 3 waves of 3, 3 and 4. Wait until just after the mortar shots have landed before releasing each wave to avoid having your Wall Breakers getting decimated by Mortars.

Giants                 18
Wizards              14
Archers               29
Barbarians            5
Wall Breakers     10

TOTAL             200

Solamnia reaches Level 2

The last update has brought something new: clans can earn points during wars necessary to achieve new levels and unlock perks. Although we didn’t win last war (but Solamnia has won several wars consecutively before that) we earned enough points to move up to Clan Level II and unlock our first perk: reduced donation time. Anyone in Solamnia will only have to wait 15 minutes instead of 20 before being able to request troops again for their Clan Castle. The achievement stays with the clan and will not follow you if you go to another clan (like Xak Tsaroth). Each clan needs to unlock its own achievement.

Next war is fought in Xak Tsaroth and hopefully Xak will earn it’s 50th victory.

State of the Clans

barb Hello Clan Mates,

Recently we have face some challenges (and since when is that new?) and some discouragement, but I believe in our clans, I believe in our willingness to improve and I know that together we can find solutions. We will see some more changes in the upcoming weeks, and it is my hope that these changes will help our clans, as well as every clan member, improve.
First of all, I would like to remind you that most conversation about the clans happens in our Line app chatrooms, if you don’t have Line yet this would be a good time to install it. You can find details in the Contact page, scroll to the bottom.
In the Line app we have 3 chatrooms: 1 for all members, 1 for all elders and co-leaders and 1 just for co-leaders. Regardless of which chatroom you use, everyone is welcome to suggest new ideas or strategies. Recently I asked co-leaders to come up with a list of things that we should and should not be doing during a war. There are already several important points and soon I will have that list published here and everyone will be required to follow it. We are losing wars, many wars, and because of that we are losing motivation.

These are the major reason why we are losing:
1) Enemy clan is much stronger than us. We found a solution to this problem and the last two wars have been fair, unfortunately we lost both of them, one because a member did not attack at all. He was kicked and banned for one week.
2) People attack with no strategy. You must pick an enemy, study that base, and design an army that is effective against that base.
3) People attack too high. We are not going for loot, folks. That’s what raids are for. We are going for stars, if we win the war we gain a nice bonus, if we don’t win the war we don’t, doesn’t matter if you attacked #1 and you got one star and that gave you 500,000 bonus. You only get that bonus if we win the war. Some of us spend a considerable amount of resources to make up for those who don’t have proper troops, we easily spend close to 750,000 elixir per war and it’s not fair that we take a major loss at every war, but we still do it because we love our clan, so please attack properly.
4) People attack too low, it’s OK to attack a little lower than your recommend it target but don’t exaggerate. Our less strong members have  nobody left to attack at that point and therefore we lose attacks.
5) Some of our bases are just… well… weak. They get easily 2 or 3 starred and I’ve been asking and asking to redesign those bases. We will not tolerate weak bases anymore. If you need ideas to redesign your base please ask, the more experienced of us will be more than happy to help you come up with a stronger base.

Please keep an eye on the Rules page. Soon I will update it as well as the attack Strategy.

Next war will be tomorrow in Solamnia, please let everybody know!

One last thing, and I hope nobody takes offense in this… we lost a bit track of what we are here for and who we are. I need a stronger management to help me lead the clans and I cannot have too many co-leaders just sitting there waiting for me to do it all. So I decided I will revisit the co-leader requirements (as per rules) and those who don’t meet the requirements will be demoted to elder. This is not a punishment whatsoever so nobody should take it as such. Anyone can still prove themselves and promoted or re-promoted to co-leader. Nothing is definitive.

Ok, that was not the last thing, there is one more:
I’m going to start a contest. I want people to write a post for this website, it can be anything you like, it can be a clan update, an attack strategy, a story about our clans and its members… again, anything you like. Once it’s finished let me know. You all get to vote, and the winner will receive a Google Play or iTunes card worth $10 (with the understanding that you will use it to get gems for your upgrades).
If I get less than 5 articles the contest will be void. But I hope you all participate, this is the time to show your creativity and come up with any story (it can be fun, it can be advice, it can be a reflection, etc.). Don’t worry about making it perfect, it doesn’t need to be, it just need to be good. I will be happy to edit it for you.
Deadline: Saturday, February 28th. Don’t miss it !!

Ready ? Set… GO!
